On 19 June 2023 we have switched our User Interface (UI) for advertisers and publishers over to a completely new version. The current UI has been disabled as some of the features are not compatible with the new UI.
With the switch to the new version, we have also made many technical updates in the backend services. As an advertising customer, you should still find your way around quickly. We deliberately changed the general structure of the campaign management only slightly.
The status of items is now clearer. There are new icons and new tooltips on mouseover.
For better data security, we have introduced two-factor authentication (2FA). This additional security feature is optional per user login. If you log in for the first time, you can provide a mobile telephone number, that is used to receive authentication SMS.
Settings for receiving e-mails can now be made under Account Details > Communication.
Under Your Settings (appears when you click on your username in the top right corner) you can now customize the appearance and options of the interface.
Privacy settings are made under this menu item. Appears when you click your username in the upper-right corner.
To see the IDs of campaigns, ad groups and ads, click on your username (top right), then click "Account Settings" => Tables => Show Row Identities.
To make bidding simpler and less confusing we have removed campaign bids. Bidding can now only be placed at Ad Group Level.
The column view has been revised and adapted to customer needs. All relevant data is now immediately visible. Irrelevant columns have been removed, rarely used information has been moved to the "Details" area. At the top right you can select how many lines are to be displayed for each panel. In the right corner of the campaign grid you can now choose which columns and how many rows you would like to be displayed.
Information about your individual campaign ranking and delivery rate are now instantly visible in the campaign grid.
The campaign creation wizard has been completely revised. It should now be much easier to create new campaigns. The process of creating ads and associating images/banners with the created ads has been broken down into two steps.
To filter and search the items, click the small magnifying glass in the panel header.
We have created two new tutorials on how to create campaigns correctly:Video tutorial: Setup Native Ads campaign Video tutorial: Setup Banner campaign
All targeting options can be found under Campaign > Details > Targeting
You can now control whether your campaign should be delivered if the user has not given their consent to data processing. In this case we are not allowed to determine the location, the device or the Operating System of a iser. Furthermore, frequency capping is unavailable. However, for many publishers we know for sure that e.g. their traffic is only mobile traffic from Germany. Thus, you can confidently buy these users without consent. Further details on this topic and recommended settings can be found here.
Consent Settings can be made on the "Targeting" and "Frequency Capping" tab.
You can now set browser language targeting on campaign level.
It is now possible to store an ad group click URL, which then applies to all ads in this ad group. The Adgroup URL can be overridden at advert level.

Channels do not have a separate panel anymore. Channels can now be found for each ad group under Ad Group > Details > Targeting.
The column view has been adjusted. All relevant data is now directly visible. Information that is rarely used has been removed or replaced with more relevant data.
For editing, either select the advert > then click on the "Edit" button or click directly on the text of the advert
It is now determined for each advert whether the correct image sizes are available.
If not, you will receive a warning next to the advert.
Adverts without images are generally no longer delivered
Notice if the image is still in review.
The management of images has been fundamentally revised. You can reach the media library via the top navigation or the "Edit Ad Media" button (standard) on to of the advert panels. Images can now only be assigned to adverts, no longer to campaigns or ad groups.
In the Reports area you will find two new sections featuring lots of data for quick traffic analysis. Individual reports are still available and have only changed visually.
