What happens if my advertising budget has run out?

A. You pay by card and Manual Deduction is selected

If you have chosen "manual deduction" you will receive a notification email once your budget has reached a critical threshold. You can then login and trigger a subsequent payment. You can set your threshold level under Finance » Renewal » Renewal Threshold.

B. You pay by card and Automatic Deduction is selected

If you have chosen 'automatic deduction' a new deduction will be triggered automatically once your budget has reached a critical threshold. You can set your threshold level under Finance » Renewal » Renewal Threshold.

You are set up for Invoice Payment with Budget Limit

If the ordered budget limit has been reached, we will need a new Insertion Order (IO) from you. Please contact your account manager for further support.

Invoice Payment with Monthly Budget Limit

If the monthly budget limit has been reached it's a sign that there's additional traffic available for you. To increase we will need a new insertion order. Please contact your account manager for further support.
