What happens if my advertising budget has run out? (#2003)

  1. Credit card: Manual Deduction
    If you have chosen 'manual deduction' you will receive a notification email once your budget has reached a critical threshold. You can then login and trigger a subsequent payment. You can set your threshold level under 'Finance' » 'Make a Payment' » 'RenewalTriggerValue'.

  2. Credit card: Automatic Deduction
    If you have chosen 'automatic deduction' a new deduction will be triggered automatically once your budget has reached a critical threshold. You can set your threshold level under 'Finance' » 'Make a Payment' » 'RenewalTriggerValue'.

  3. Invoice Payment with Budget Limit
    If the ordered budget limit has been reached, we will need a new Insertion Order (IO) from you. Please contact your account manager for further support.

  4. Invoice Payment with Monthly Budget Limit
    If the monthly budget limit has been reached it's a sign that there's additional traffic available for you. To increase we will need a new insertion order. Please contact your account manager for further support.
