We have added browser language targeting to our ad server. This allows you to reach users in countries where they speak different languages with individual campaigns. Your campaign will then be selected depending on the language set in the user's browser. Several values can be set per campaign and combined with other targeting options.
This option is in beta and can currently only be set individually for each campaign by your account manager. In the advertiser interface, this setting is currently neither visible nor changeable. This will change with the new version, which is currently still being worked on. Please liaise with your Account Manager, to activate Browser Language Targeting for your campaigns.
Example 1: Set this for Spanish-speaking users in the USA:
This string covers all more specific browser language combinations such as es-es, es-mx etc.
Also set USA under Location Targeting.
Example 2: Set this for French-speaking users in Switzerland:
This string covers all more specific browser language combinations such as fr-fr, fr-ch etc.
Also set Switzerland under Location Targeting.
