How do I set up Postback Tracking? (#2047)

To activate Postback Tracking for your advertising account please click on "Account Details" in the top menu. Afterwards you will find the "Tracking" panel in the menu on the left


  1. First activate the tracking by selecting one option from the "Tracking Support" drop down.
    1. Event Counting: ONLY track the number of events/leads
    2. Conversion Tracking: Track number and value of events/leads
  2. After you have made your choice press "Save Changes" to activate Postback tracking
  3. Navigate to the "Tracking" panel further below
  4. Click on "New", name your Tracking Event and choose an event type. You can create one event tracker to count your leads and an additional event tracker for the number and value of your sales. Depending on your business needs, a single event tracker may also be sufficient.
  5. Click "Save" to finish
  6. The "Tracking tag" panel shows the postback URL that you can store in your tracking software or that you can ping from your website as soon as a lead/sale has occured.

After inserting the postback URL, the link would look like this:
https://feed.solads.media/event.ashx?sys=Solads&n=0000000000&cv={Betrag}&tid={trackingid}
